The world No3 Maria Sharapova officially qualified for the WTA finals in Singapore. For Sharapova, this will be the eighth part in the race in which forces are measuring the best eight tennis players of the season.
Until now, the Russian has three finals in the race. In 2004, when has been her debut, she won the title. In 2007 she lost the dispute for the trophy from Justine Henin, and in 2012 she has given the way to Serena Williams.
The race in Singapore will be held in the period from the 25th of October to the 1st of November. The prize fund is $ 7 millions.
