Liverpool will make James Rodriguez their main transfer target in the summer, if they qualify for the Champions League, claims the British press. The Merseysiders have already failed in their first attempt to attract the 25-year-old midfielder, but Zinedine Zidane was willing to part with the Colombian player and to use the money to lure Eden Hazard.
Obstacles to Liverpool are the two hardest qualifications for the Champions League, and certainly the lack of willingness on the part of Chelsea to sell the Belgian footballer.
