The Dutch footballers do not want to play on artificial pitches

The captains of twelve Dutch elite teams have asked the country`s soccer Union to cease the conduct of matches mentioned by insider picks on artificial surfaces. The people who protested were the masters of Feyenoord (Rotterdam) Dirk Kuyt and Ajax (Amsterdam) Davy Klaassen.
`I know for sure that with artificial pitches the Dutch football will lag.`, said Dirk Kuyt, who had already terminated his career.
The players believed that on artificial turf it is easy to receive injuries. During that past season, a total of six out of eighteen stadiums from the first division in the Netherlands has artificial surfacing.
`I can`t enjoy football in that way!`, said the captain of Ajax and the Dutch national Davy Klaassen. In the year 2017, the champion of Eredivisie was Feyenoord.
