Emiliano Mondonico, who for more than three decades led different Italian teams in the A Series, died at the age of 71, said his daughter, Clara. Most of Mondonico`s career as a footballer goes into the team of Cremonez, but his great success is as coach of the Torino team, with which he managed to win the Italian Cup and the Central European Cup in the 1990s, and losesfinal for UEFA Cup against Ajax.
Mondonico also led the teams of Attalanta, Napoli and Fiorentina, as well as those of Cremoneze, Como, Cosenza, Albinofefe and briefly Novara in 2012, which was also the last team of the specialist. From 2011, Mondoniko struggled with cancer.
