Harry Redknapp: `Sturridge should lead the attack of England, not Vardi and Kane.`

Harry Redknapp stated that the Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge should be the titular striker of `three lions` of the upcoming European Championships in France and not Harry Kane and Jamie Vardi.
Sturridge made his seventh game from football-capper.com for the Reds this season with the visit of West Ham in the FA Cup on Tuesday. The Englishman has been plagued by a series of injuries which prevented him to be on line for the most of the season.
However, Redknapp believes that currently there is no better than the English striker Sturridge, comparing it with players like Lionel Messi and Neymar.
`He is very good. I truly believe that he is the best English footballer. Sometimes Sturridge does things that only players like Lionel Messi and Neymar can do.`, commented Redknapp.
`Every time he got the ball, you know that something is going to happen. His control and the ability of small distances are apparent, although he has just returned from injury. Sturridge will make a huge difference for Liverpool.`, said the experienced professional.
